The experience ticket and the order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided. The responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as a consumer the moment you receive the ticket.
When you've paid for an experience, the ticket is always sent to the email address you provided. If you don't receive an email, first check if our email ended up in the spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us directly for assistance.
You should verify as soon as possible that the content of the email and the ticket matches the order and the order confirmation.
VAT
All prices on Bike Tour Napoli are indicated in DKK and include VAT. Exceptions are experiences that, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT, in accordance with the rules of the VAT Act.
Experience Gift Card
Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment. Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please note that discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel your order if this is not respected.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of significant and/or obvious pricing or typographical errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other email communications.
If you choose to cancel
With more than 24 hours left until the experience, you can make a new booking by contacting Bike Tour Naples directly. However, some experiences have special rules for modifying the reservation, such as for overnight stays and for experiences that require lengthy preparation, and so there may be some exceptions. This will be indicated in the Rules and Safety section on the experience product page.
With less than 24 hours left until the experience, it's not possible to change your booking. Please keep in mind that experiences often include preparations that involve expenses to cover, and therefore a refund cannot be obtained for the experience.
The day of the experience: If something unexpected occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (for example illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be participating. Contact information can be found in the booking confirmation.
Weather Conditions
Safety and good condition are the top priority. Therefore, time can sometimes make it impossible to carry out the experience. In this case, the experience manager will contact you to find a new date together.
If the experience manager chooses to cancel
Our experience manager will obviously do everything possible to ensure that you can have the experience. However, unforeseen events may occur, for example in case of illness, road conditions, and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. In this case, you will be contacted by the manager via phone/WhatsApp or via email.
If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to insufficient enrollment, planning errors, or similar, the cancellation must be made no later than 1 day before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, alternative booking dates must be available; otherwise, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the experience.

Security
Through our software provider Holdbar, we use SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed in an encrypted manner. If you pay with a credit card, you are protected against abuse because you can decline a payment through your bank. In addition, you don't have any deductible in case your credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL.
Requirements Upon Arrival to the Experience
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival, you must be able to document your booking using your ticket or booking confirmation.
Personal Information
We record your personal information in order to be able to deliver the product to you. Personal information is registered with Bike Tour Napoli and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When you buy an experience on Bike Tour Napoli, we need the following information: Name, Address, Email address, Telephone number.
The information provided to Bike Tour Napoli is not disclosed or sold, and we do not record any sensitive personal information. As a registered customer, you always have the right to object to registration and to access the information recorded about you, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Your Rights
In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is kept in accordance with current legislation. If your information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
